My favorite food is Nam Prik Kapi and Pra Tu Tod.

Nam Prik Kapi is thai dipping sauce. It is one of Thai Traditional food, but not famous among the foreigners. Because it is strong smell and spicy. The recipe are as follows Grilled of Garlic, Red Chili and "Kapi", pound all of them together , filled them with Fish Sauce, Lemon Sauce, Sugar and boiled water and float it with Plate brush. Kapi is a kind of food preservation. It makes from small shrimp which boiled, pounded, mixed with salt and dry it. A lot of Thai traditional food have Kapi as the ingredient. Nam prik kapi need to be served with fresh and cold vegetables, boil vegetables or fried vetgetable schnitzel with egg (same as "Tempura" Japanese food). Many vegetables can cook and serve with Nam prik kapi, such as cucumber, baby corn, morning glory, carrot, curcuma, broccoli and cow-pea etc. The last important dish is Pra Tu Tod or Fried Mackerel Fish. Mackerel Fish can be fried or Grilled. I prefre grilled because it is smell better like barbecue and less cholesterol. All of these dishes seem like Fish Steak dipping with spicy sauce and eat with some vegetables. Hot and soft rice will make them test more delicious. I usually have them every weekend and sometimes during the week day. The suitable meal for these dishes is dinner. Because garlic, shrimp and mackerel will make you smelt after meal. I didn't like sweety test then I don't have a favorite dessert. I normally have coffee after meal especially lunch meal. Can I say that "coffee is my favorite dessert"? I used to had some fruits after meal, but it is not often. My favorite fruit is persimmon. After I heard from the healthy radios or TV that fruits need to be served before meal or during your empty stomach. It is better than after meal. Because your body can digest it and absorb all vitamins in the fruit for your healthy.

Quick-book Software is the most valuable technology in my life. It’s an accounting computer program from Singapore. It’s easy to use, just install program in computer and use it for account ledger. It’s very save papers for documents, because you just save data in computer. You can use it even you don’t know about accounting. I am not an accountant too, but I can use it by read handbook. I think this program make my job easier. I have more time to do another jobs.This program never make me disappointing on its result.

Computer is the most valuable technology in my life. Because computer is very useful for my accounting works. It makes my accounting works easier than the past which was manually recorded in the paper. It is not useful only for my work, but it also useful for my entertainment. Because I can play musics and movies on computer. The essential technology need to be use with computer is an internet. With the internet, computer can be used for the communication. It is more comfortable than a telephone. Because the telephone use for talking to someone in the long distance with an expensive fee, but it can not see the face of person. Computer and the Internet as Skype program make our communication easier and more comfortable than telephone. We can talk, see the face of each others and the fee is cheaper than telephone. Mobile phone is the most valuation in my life, I think. Thanks for Alexander Graham Bell who is invented first telephone. From home telephone to cellular phone or wireless phone or mobile phone was innovation of telephone. Why is it the most valuation? People in this century need mobile telephone. It is useful for business communication and relationship from people to people. It can find where is people. It has many accessories such as camera, TV, video, mp3 and internet. I believe Internet is the most valuable in my life as piece of technology. First, many people make the most of the on line shopping on the internet. I open enjoyed on line shopping in Korea and sometimes use it a lot now. There are many advantages in the on line shopping. We can buy things at a cheaper price than off line shopping. Also, we can find thing easily. We can buy things at a cheap price because there are lots of seller. Moreover, it is very convenient. When we want something, we can just click. We can buy nearly everything including clothes, food, and so on. This is the reason why I buy many things on line shopping. Next, we can also book air ticket, hotel, and restaurant to want, and register school, place to need. We can communicate with family and friends, too and we can share pictures of family and friends, latest news such as Winter Olympic in Canada, politics, economy,society,culture events,and education in Korea almost instantly. Finally, I sometimes talk with my sister in law in Germany on the on line with news as I see her face with SKYPE. It is free. My Millionaire Life Styles : Ariya

If I were a millionaire, I would travel accross the world with my family. Start from the Island of the world, the first island is Caribbean Sea, Cayman Island. Because I would like to see the place which I heard that there are the Tax free Island. I may need to investment some assets on Cayman Island. After Cayman Island, I will go to Hawiian Island. Because I heard that it is certainly one of the premier travel destinations on the planet. I will go to every island in the word after finish from island I will go to the famouse countries such as New Zeland, Canada, America etc. I will take a photo everywhere. There are many places theat I dream about. I used to tell everyone that I don't like to travel overseas. Because I don't like cold weather and I 'm afraid of the lonely. I said the truth. When I start to write this topic I just recognised myself that I forgot about the weather and lonely, I am very excited. Actually the others reason that I never plan to travel oversea is expensive cost. I should save money for others essential things in my life. Anyway I will spend about 6 months for travelling accross the world every year. For another 6 months I will go the poor areas in upcountry and find the solution how I can help them in a long term. For example as I will set up the group of people with some small business and teach them how to make the profit in each areas and build the network among that areas to help each others to produce the profit. The Net work of that business will generate the poor people's work and they have an income to make their life better.

My favorite kind of food are Thai food, Japanese food and Korea food. I like Thai food, such as Padtai, Tomyom Namkhon and Yomvunsan. When do you eat at restaurante I have order them. Sometime I make them my self. It easy for me. Then I like eat Japanese food and Korea food. Because I can not make them and difficult for find buy. So I go to eat at restaurante more than make cooking. I like eat the Japannese and Korea food same buffet. If I were the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, in the first place, I would have invested in their children's education, then there would improve the level of education.

My favorite kind of food are Thai foods.I like noodle pork and tom yum seafood.I can cooks it but,I alway eat atThai and Seafood resturant with my family.My favorite dessert are thai dessert too.I like kuw neaw sungkaya is made from stick derice and from coconut milk.I like to buy if older women sell,because she can made delicion.I like pun krep too.It's so small and have some pork inside with some carot too.

SAMGYETANG OF KOREA : JOHN

First of all ,I am really glad to introduce Samgyetang of Korea to our classmates. It is one of traditional Korea foods which everybody likes in my country.HOW to make: see below. It is made from young chichen. The first, Wash the chichen cleanly, and cut out the fat skin chop-chop-chop with scissors, cut out the parts of neck and hip only(cut out the fat parts, or the soup will be full of oil). The second, After soaking the glutious rice in the water for about 1hour, and drain it. The third, Put the prepared Samgyetang material(the material:2pieces of hwangi, 5pieces of dried seeded jujube fruits, 10~15pieces of garlic, 1cup of glutious rice, 1piece of the white part of the leek, A little salt & Pepper 1big spoon of minced, small green onion[for 1person basis]) inside the every corner of chichen, and twist, the legs of chichen cross with cutting slightly the skin of chichen legs( All the prepared garlic can't be put inside the chichen, so the remains are put into the pot as it is). The fourth, The prepared material and the chichen are put into the pot and boiled hard. The fifth, After it is boiled hard, the salt and the minced small green onion are put into the soup, and the Samgyetang is completed. It is usually served in the summer for its nutritive, which replaces those that are easily lost through excessive sweating and physical exertion during the hot summer in Korea. So I enjoy it especially at three days in summer, these days are called "Chobok", "Jungbok", "Malbok", days that Koreans believe to be the hottest and most sultry of the year. I think not only everybody but also I enjoy food to be good for the health. If I were in Korea with you, I would serve it to you. Thank you.

My favorite kind of food are Thai food and japanese food. My favorite Thai food are Kapao moo and Tom yum seafood. I likes Som tum to but i rarely eat it. Because I don't like spicy food. Someone asked me Kapao moo and Tom Yum are spicy, why do you eat them. Because my Kapao moo and Tom yum are not spicy. My Kapao moo have one of chili and my Tom yum taste is sour. My favorite Japanese food are Zaru zoba(cool zoba), Sushi, curry rice and every kind of ramen. I usually go to eat Japanese food at Fuji, I go to there around eight or nine time per month. My favorite dessert are Chocolate and cake. I like dark chocolate more than milk chocolate. Because it good for you heart. I love chocolate cake but fruite cake and butter cake are OK to. I always go to eat cake at Novotel Hotel. I go to there every month with my girls friend, but now I would have to go alone

My farerite food and desert : Kho Kha Na Moo Grob and Bau loi pheak .
Kho Kha Na Moo Grob is made from cooked rice, pork, kha na, sugar,fish sauce.
Pour oil in the pan then add garlic and mixed them together and add sugar and fish sauce that you
test that you think is delicies.Bau loi pheak is made from coconut milk, sugar, pheak, and powder.
In the pot then add water and pheak 30 haft houre And in the blow mixed pheak,powder,water and put it in blod water then bring it the blow and coconut milk and sugar.
I my opinion I think it very dilicies desert .

My favorite food and dessert are Kho phad moo . Tom yum goong with coconut milk and kuay bod shee (ข้าวผัดหมูกับ ต้มยำกุ้งน้ำข้น และกล้วยบวดชี) I like them a lot.

They look like in these pictures. How to cook them? Kho phad moo (Pork fried rice) is made from cooked rice, pork, onion, tomato sauce ,eggs, sugar, fish sauce. Pour oil in the pan and then add garlic, pork , onion, tomato and eggs mixed them together and add sugar and fish sauce that you like. Toom yum goong with coconut milk (Thai spicy soup with shrimp with coconut milk) is made from shrimps , mushrooms, chili, lemon grass, coriander, makrod application, fish sauce, Thai chili paste, lime juice and coconut milk. Pour water in the pot , when water boiled add lemon grass and makrod application and then add shrimps and mushroom and pour coconut milk. After that add chili , coriander, fish sauce, Thai chili paste,, lime juice that you like. Kuay bod shee (banana with coconut milk) is made from ripe bananas, coconut milk, screw pine leaves, palm sugar, salt and sugar. Pour coconut milk and screw pine leaves in the pot and then add palm sugar, sugar, salt and ripe banana. Wait until their boiled. You will serve with orange juice. I think it’s a great menu.

I am a Thai people who love in Japanese food. Although Thai food is the delicious food in the other view. My favourite food is all kind of Japanese foods but the most favourite food is Sashimi. Sashimi is a Japanese delicacy consisting of very fresh raw seafood, sliced into thin piece and served with only a dipping sauce. Most people are confused between Sashimi and Sushi that Sashimi is raw seafood and no rice.

Seafood, all of which have a variety of Sashimi such as salmon (Sake), tuna (Maguro), fatty tuna (Toro), shrimp (Ebi), Mackerel (Saba) etc. Salmon or Sake is kind of Sashimi that I like most. However Japanese tribute to Maguro is the best of Sashimi and seafood. If you have the opportunity to eat the very fresh Sashimi, you will know that can disappear in your mouth.

I like Thai food more than anything because Thai food have a good taste,delicious and spicy. I like food taste spicy that why I like Thai food. My favorite dish Thai food is Tom yum kun. I know it used a lot of seasoning such as shrimp, squid, fish, mushroom, chili, lemon, lemongrass, milk, etc. I think it is healthy food. I don't konw how to cook give delicious. I can't cook it but one thing important that I know I can eat a lot. ;P

Toom Yum Goong have principle in Thailand.You can eating with rice.Toom Yum Goong have emphasize taste point mainly spicy, sour, a little salt and sweet.They are foreigner have know Toom Yum Goong more than other type food in thailand.The compostion mostly put in to Toom Yum Goong have shrimp,vegetable,lemongrass,galangal and chill in part importance need to put lemon in to Toom Yum Goong.When do you eating Toom Yum Goong you can feel taste spicy and sour mainly.In my opinion, Toom Yum Goong is mostly food our people in Thailand and Foreigner.

My favorite food : Cherry

My favorite food absolutely is Thai food, because I ate since I was a child. Thai food has many ingredients such as vegetables, fruits and many kind of meats. It’s full of nutrient and deliciousness. Especially I like to eat spicy Thai food such as "Lab Moo" it's spicy minced pork with herb salad and "Pad Graphrao Moo" it's stir-fried pork with holy basil. For me, they are very delicious I can eat them every day.
For dessert, I like to eat chocolate. I can eat it every time. I never bored to eat it and not worry if it cause of fat. When I eat chocolate, I feel I can fly to the heaven and it make me happy. If you feel distress or bore. You should try to eat chocolate. I am sure it will make you feel better.
Not only Thai food is my favorite food. I like to eat Japanese food too. I often eat it about three times a month. I like to eat Sushi, it's fresh fish top of rice. When you eat it with Wazabi, you would feel you are going to die but it's just a short time and after that you will want to eat it again.

I sometimes think everyone may try to in order to be a millinaire, and I do too.

I would have the appointed secretary to administer my wealth make a budget
for plans this year to be active in the beginning.
Then, I spend time of a quarter of the year on acvity of missionary of work in Asia ,

If I were millionaire. I planning for spent money by keep money to bank 50%, investment for own business, buy new a house, a car, education for a marter's degree, go to travel in Thailand and a foreign country. I learn culture and see new place. Then I would like to keep money to bank and buy share for make profit of exchange rate. My dream when I have a lot of money, I will buy a new house in town and resort near in the sea for relax and vocation. Then I buy new a car to farther ,younger barther and me. I think my life would be 2 section
1. Private section : I have luxury house including spa room, swimming pool, fitness room, garden. I will stay this section with my family every Sunday-Tuesday.

2. Public section: I have office building for management my money. I will invest in the stock market. I will buy land and building for make profit in the future. Every year I will donation to school in rural area, I will become volunteer to teach children in foundation. I will stay this section every Wednesday – Saturday.

If I were the millionaire, the first thing that I will do is "Live the millionaire lifestyle on the way of happiness". What is that? It is doing what I love to, not lavish lifestyles such as driving the old car, wearing comfortable clothing not expensive, living in the little house that everybody in family can live in. I think money can not buy everything so I will do what I love, and money will follow.
